We accept Credit/Debit Cards (via Razorpay), UPI, Wallets (e.g., Paytm), EMI (all leading banks)

Flat shipping fee on orders below ₹499. Orders of ₹499 or more enjoy free shipping.

You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery, for any reason (change of mind, sizing issues, or defects).

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached. We recommend including the original packaging. If we determine an item has been worn or damaged by misuse, we may deduct repair costs or refuse the return.

Email care@palatwear.com or call us at +91 8741911169 within 14 days of delivery. Provide your order number, item(s) to return or exchange, reason for return, and photos (if damaged). We will send you a prepaid return label.

Standard delivery in India is 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. You will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp once your order ships.

  • Damaged in Transit: Full replacement or refund (no cost to you). Notify us within 48 hours with photos.
  • Damaged by Misuse: No refund or exchange. If you believe this determination is in error, please contact us within 24 hours with supporting evidence.

You may cancel your order at any time before it is marked “Shipped.” Email care@palatwear.com or call +91-8741911169 immediately with your order number.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation becomes a return. You must follow our Return Policy after delivery. A ₹50 cancellation fee applies if the cancellation request arrives after dispatch but before delivery.
